Briefly – I have no particular claim to any sort of expertise or deep knowledge about any of the topics covered on this site. My experience is somewhat varied: I have degrees in electrical engineering and mathematics; I write computer programs; I've had drawings exhibited in art exhibitions; a number of years ago I played in a band (small); I've got experience in what's often called business process re-engineering. Generally, though, my overall interest is in living a peaceful life with as much enjoyment and as little wasted energy as possible.
